"I am delighted to invite you to join me, alongside colleagues from across the global Liquid Gas value chain, in Houston for Liquid Gas Week 2027.
I look forward to welcoming you to Houston and to an inspiring and impactful week."
Guided by the unifying theme, "Securing Supply, Enabling Growth" we will come together at a pivotal moment for our industry to navigate shifting markets and rising demand. As Liquid Gas plays an increasingly vital role in strengthening energy resilience worldwide, this is our opportunity to shape the path forward. As the flagship gathering of WLGA, Liquid Gas Week offers a dynamic platform to connect with industry leaders, exchange bold ideas, challenge conventional thinking, and translate ambition into decisive action.
The United States represents one of the most influential Liquid Gas markets globally, playing a decisive role in production, consumption, and international trade. It is the world's largest Liquid Gas producer (~111 mmt in 2024) and the world's largest LPG exporter, supplying Asia, Latin America, and Europe (~70 mmt exported annually). The US is also the 2nd largest Liquid Gas consumer globally, with ~48 mmt domestic consumption (2024) and ~11 mmt residential consumption per year. The country boasts over 3,500 Autogas stations and the most extensive Liquid Gas storage and distribution network worldwide.
