Categories and Fees

All fees are in EURO and exclude the applicable VAT rate. Please note that no VAT applies to registrations for EU customers (except Belgians) and non-EU customers. Belgian customers will be charged a 21% VAT.

Registration fees vary based on attendee categories, including standard participants, students, and industry professionals and on the time of the year.

Groups

2 - 4 Delegates

To register multiple attendees from the same company under the same category (Applicable for Exclusive Intelligence Pass & Intelligence Pass only), kindly proceed with individual registrations for each attendee, one after the other. The preferential 2nd and subsequent fee per additional attendee from the same company will be applied. All registrations will be consolidated into one invoice.

Terms and Conditions


Registration Modification and Cancellation

No refunds are possible for modification from in-person to virtual registration.

For a registration modification from virtual to in-person, delegates will be requested to pay the difference between the two fees due valid at the time of the requested change.

Modifications and/or new registrations made on-site will require immediate payment (by credit card).

No refunds are possible for any registration cancellations.

An administrative handling fee of 50 Euros per registration will be charged for any modification, including name change (registration transfer) and cancellation of a double registration. 

If a badge is lost or forgotten onsite, an administrative fee of 80 EUR will be charged for the reprint of the badge after identity verification (passport, driving license or other recognised identification documents).

Non-obtention of a visa is not a valid reason for a refund; if your visa application is declined by the authorities, the cancellation conditions will apply, and the registration fees will remain non-refundable.


General Payment Conditions

Upon registration you will receive an invoice which acts as a binding contract and for which full payment is requested. The organisers reserve the right to cancel registrations for which payment has not been received. All expenses shall be borne by the ordering customer.

No discount will be provided in case of early settlements.

Full payment of services is requested when registering (Credit Card and/or Bank transfer).

Each group must make a single payment for all registered participants. Individual payments for portions of the group’s expenses (e.g., hotel, registration fees) will not be accepted.

Payment by bank transfer must be received before Friday 29th August 2025 23:59 CEST, after this date this payment method will no longer be available, and you can pay by credit card. 

Please indicate the participant's / group's name, reference identifier and “Liquid Gas Week 2025” on ALL payments.

No confirmation or invitation letter will be sent until MCI has received the payment. Should your visa application be declined by the authorities, registration fees are non-refundable and cancellation conditions will apply.

An event badge will be provided/printed only upon full payment of the registration fee.

All refunds are made in EURO (€) and are subject to prevailing exchange rates. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the end of the Event, and in the same manner as the original payment was received. If bank charges apply, they will be deducted from the refunded amount.
