GENERAL VISA GUIDELINES

Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended date of arrival in Brazil.

INVITATION LETTERS AND EVENT POLICY

If you require a visa invitation letter, please request it during the event registration process. These letters will only be issued after full registration payment is received.

In the event your visa is denied, please note that Liquid Gas Week’s cancellation policy will apply, and registration fees are non-refundable.
