Evaluating Panel & Prizes
Your application will be reviewed by leaders from throughout the Liquid Gas industry, including senior executives from the WLGA team and select WLGA members who all have a deep understanding of the challenges facing the industry. Finalists will present a five-minute pitch live at Liquid Gas Week 2026 in Istanbul. The live audience in Istanbul will select the winner.
The final candidates will be invited to Istanbul to participate in the final pitch competition on Thursday 15th October on the conference main stage where a live audience will select the winner.
Each of the finalists will receive a complimentary pass to Liquid Gas Week 2026 in Istanbul to compete in the final pitch off on Thursday 15th October on the conference main stage where a live audience will select the winner. In addition, the finalists will be provided with a complimentary pop-up booth within the exhibition area where finalists can promote their Innovating Energy to industry leaders from around the world. The winners of the World LPG Challenge’26 will share a prize pool of over $10,000, and the overall winner will receive a complimentary pass to Liquid Gas Week 2027 in Houston.

The World LPG Challenge’26 call for submissions is OPEN under the theme: Innovating Energy
Finalists will be notified in the third quarter of 2026. Each finalist will be asked to prepare a short presentation in preparation of the pitch during Liquid Gas Week 2026 in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The prestigious World LPG Challenge award is given to the most outstanding solution presented on the main stage at Liquid Gas Week event.
The World LPG Challenge’25 award was granted to the winner chosen from the three finalists presented in Rio de Janeiro.
Congratulations again to Cognittiv who won the prestigious 2025 Award at Liquid Gas Week 2025 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The other two finalists were DescarbonTech and TYMAP.
